| Governance can be presented as the will to make information system a credit to the service of the company. It is a change of the behaviors. By adopting this governance principle, the IT Director puts into practice the fact that it is not possible to change the glance of others, decision makers and users, without changing himself. The idea is simple but the corresponding realization is not easy. IT governance cannot be reduced to a series of projects. It is built within the framework of a daily step forward which must fall under duration and perseverance. Thus, this step of governance is iterative and progresses daily by widening and deepening. It is thus first of all, expressed in a simple and pragmatic way, a step of continuous improvement and empathy towards other business departments. | ![]() |
