• Setup « from scratch » IT Department ( strategy, policy and organization )
• Detect, analyze and coordinate all functional cross-departments needs ; recommend best solutions to use, set them up and communicate them
• Setup appropriate IT controlling system ( application follow-ups, ... )
• IT Budget management for automotive & aerospace business units ( EMEA, India, Russia )
• Drive suppliers and manage internal IT team
• Guarantee an IT worldwide availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Information System declared optimized in regards to ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 9001:2000 Quality norms

In 2001, I was given the chance and challenge to implement SAP in 5 months at L&L Products Europe, formerly named CORE Products, while assuming two simultaneous responsabilities : SAP Project Manager and IT Director.

SAP R/3 4.6C deployment :

• MM, WM, FI, CO, SD, TR, BC, PP modules, SAP Console + barcode readers
• Project manager of functional and technical teams ( 10 people )
• Follow-up of project budget, hardware and software implementations
• Automotive ( EDIFACT, VDA, ENX ) and banking ( ETEBAC ) EDI setup
• Close relationship with all automotive OEMs in order to implement their functional needs and respect their EDI norms
• Upgrade SAP R/3 to SAP Business Suite ( ERP 6.0 / ECC 6 ) end of 2008.

IT and Software Development Manager of Alsatel's R&D Department. Alsatel is a telecom company,  developping industrial and security oriented software for high risk locations. 300 people - Alsatel

• IT Manager in charge of the Novell network, IT infrastructure and telecom systems
• Engineer, project manager and finally chief software development manager
• Among other ones, I have developped following softwares :
  • a centralized alert controlling system for chemical and nuclear locations
  • a complete CTI platform ( Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) for helpdesks & CRM
